Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Erythritol (or your favorite keto sweetener – optional)
- 1 tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter/coconut oil in a large mug.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir until lump-free. Feel free to add pieces of dark chocolate if desired.
- Microwave for 1,5 minutes. Let it cool for around 4 minutes before serving. Serve with ice-cream, whipped cream and berries or your other favorite toppings!
