The delivery time may vary. All orders will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days. Deliveries are sent through DPD, and will be delivered 1 – 2 working days. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.

Yes. If your goods are damaged please send an email to info@ketoyourway.ie.
You should include the order number and photos of the damaged goods.
In some cases it may be necessary to return the products.
No. The discount/offer codes are applied to full priced products only, unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes are not applied to products on sale or at discounted price. Shipping cost is also excluded.
Refunds must be within 30 days of purchase. For a return or exchange, each product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fresh bread and other products with ‘’expiry date’’ or ‘’use by’’ date shorter than 2 weeks. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To return the item please email info@ketoyourway.ie to arrange.
Once your return products are received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned product.
If a return is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
