Ingredients
- 25g Almond flour
- 10g Cocoa
- 20g Erythritol or other sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 1 Egg
- 30g Coconut oil
- 15g Crème fraîche
- 0.5tsp Baking powder (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve coconut oil in a pan or microwave – leave it to cool down.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add the egg, crème fraiche, coconut oil and mix everything together.
- Place the mixture in a mug or ramekin and microwave for around 2.0-2.5 minutes depending on microwave power.
- You can add fresh or whipped cream, chocolate pieces or berries – whatever makes you happy! Example in the picture. Enjoy!
