A mix for baking a chocolate low-carb cake based on sesame flour and resistant starch Fiberfin, sweetened with Norwegian erythritol Sukrin instead of sugar. Thanks to this, the cake baked from it has a delicious chocolate flavour and an excellent, moist texture, but contains minimal amounts of calories, fat and carbohydrates.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, sweetener erythritol, low-fat sesame flour, 7 % cocoa, modified potato starch, fiber (from resistant corn starch, chicory, potato), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate, disodium phosphate), wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), aroma, acidity regulator (citric acid), stabilizer (xanthan gum), sweetener sucralose.
