Coconut flour is an ideal substitute for wheat flour when making low-carb baking recipes. Lowcarbchef coconut flour is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber. The flour has a slightly sweet taste, which means that you can use less sugar or sweetener in your baking. Lowcarbchef coconut flour is processed in a factory that only processes gluten-free products. This makes it suitable for people with an intolerance or sensitivity to gluten.
